I walked by the Comptoir des Cotonniers store in my neighborhood at least a thousand times before ever going in. I actually fell in love with the brand last summer while in Paris. I found the most beautiful black dress that I have worn nonstop for the last year. What have I been missing all these years!? I am now a regular and recently found this lovely jacquard skirt. I love the texture which is unlike anything else in my closet. While I have worn it with a few different tops, I keep coming back to classic black and white. When in doubt, black and white is the perfect color combo; it is effortlessly chic and seasonless. To keep the French theme going, I topped off the ensemble with my beloved Chanel bag. And let’s be honest…Chanel goes with everything!
