I am so lucky to live next to Central Park. It’s only a couple of blocks from my apartment, so I try to take full advantage on the weekends and this weekend was no exception.
While I usually live in dresses this time of year, I have been mixing in shorts from time to time. In order to balance out the distressed denim, I added a more sophisticated top. I love the simplicity of a crisp white shirt, and this one is perfect for summer with its eyelet detail. I plan to pair it was dark jeans and a blazer for work days and skirts and shorts on the weekends (and did I mention it’s on sale!?).

Once again, so perfectly true to the name! The denim shorts casual and comfortable, and the white blouse and great bag bring along the glam. Central Park then just makes all it even better! Yes- you are indeed lucky.
Looks like a fab holiday weekend. Beautiful! The sandals are adorable.

Just found this sweet blog. Love your looks Martina xox
Am still swooning over the white blazer. Will be going to Ca. soon. Is there any chance I could find it in San Jose?
I saw it at my local Bloomingdales a couple weeks back so you can try Stanford Mall in Palo Alto. If that doesn’t work out, they have a few other colors online: http://www1.bloomingdales.com/shop/product/theory-blazer-dress?ID=756080&CategoryID=2911
The Lanai blazer comes in different fabrics; I have the bistretch (58% cotton, 38% rayon, 4% spandex). There is a stretch linen option in black or ivory on MASSIVE sale through Theory’s website: http://www.theory.com/lanai-crunch-jacket/E0403155,default,pd.html?dwvar_E0403155_color=C05&start=1&q=lanai. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen it in person to tell you what it’s like 🙁
So cute, love your bag!!
